Super article full of deep truth & humor! Maybe add ‘laughter’ to the list ... because some of my own wrinkles seemed to melt away as I recognized myself. The list of suggestions is very doable.....and as you reminded us, just doing what we can will make a difference. Ill have to say tho’...as I read thru the 9 tips again, they are ALL doable. Thank you!!

Your point is well taken - our body has a lot to tell if we only listen for the answers.

Thank you Karen! I struggle to make piece with my "11" -- I feel the two vertical lines between my eyebrows are so unattractive. I have a generally positive body image, love my body & feel good about my looks--I even love my smile lines (crows' feet)--except for those darn vertical lines, which look harsh and angry. I tried Botox a few times several years ago, which softened but did not eliminate them. It cost So Much Money! I thought, what the f--- am I doing spending several hundreds on each visit for this? I could be donating these hundreds to my favorite nonprofits. Thankfully, I stopped going down that slippery slope. No more, just good regular skin care and sun protection! Your post helps me reframe & make peace with those lines. I will try to think of them as my "thinking lines" because they are there from knitting my brow in deep thought. Hopefully that will help me accept them as I do my "smile lines".
