Hi! I’m Karen.

Thanks so much for taking a moment to read The LIFT. My hope is that each issue brings you a little boost - a spark - a smile. Maybe even a new way to look at things.

As a woman in her 50s working in health + beauty, I am reminded every day of our obsession as a culture to ‘lift’ the sags, erase the wrinkles, tighten up, stay relevant + look younger.

In the process of all of the avoiding + erasing, we just might be missing out on some of the best years of our lives + the opportunity to reinvent ourselves.

With age comes beauty + wisdom.

There are so many exciting things to talk about + explore at this stage of life.

If we placed half the effort we put into trying to ‘stay young’ into ‘aging well’ - we just might change the world!
